Key Responsibilities

Explain design rationale clearly while maintaining high attention to detail on all deliverables.
Test and integrate AI-assisted design workflows to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

Possess four to six years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a design or branding studio.
Provide a portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals in graphic design.
Demonstrate a solid grasp of composition, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Thrive in small, collaborative teams and take ownership of projects.
Accept constructive feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
Maintain an active interest in emerging creative tools, AI workflows, communication design, and storytelling.

Nice to Have

Background in designing responsive websites along with branding.
Proficiency in motion design or animation.
