Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer, engineering, sales, finance, and major broadcast clients to balance rapid innovation with platform stability.
Build, structure, and lead a high-performing product organization with clear operational cadence and decision rights.

Requirements

Senior product leadership background within B2B SaaS, vertical software, or enterprise technology enterprises.
Demonstrated success guiding a product organization through complex inflections such as cloud migration, pricing model redesign, or platform repositioning.
Practical experience developing and launching artificial intelligence capabilities that deliver measurable customer value.
Strong commercial judgment with expertise in packaging, pricing strategies, and transitioning business models toward recurring revenue.
Exceptional ability to act as the primary product voice for enterprise-level clients and translate technical constraints into clear roadmaps.

Nice to Have

Background working in broadcast media, television technology, content management, media asset management, playout systems, or newsroom workflows.
Familiarity with the unique regulatory constraints, buyer dynamics, and reliability expectations inherent to large broadcast organizations.
Hands-on experience modernizing legacy products without disrupting active mission-critical customer operations.
Prior involvement with scalable hybrid cloud architectures and workflow automation tools.
