Role Overview

ElevenLabs is hiring a Systems Architect for the APAC region, based in Singapore. This position focuses on designing and managing an AI-powered revenue operations stack rather than serving as a traditional Salesforce administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the Salesforce organization by managing the object model, data architecture, user configuration, and overall platform health.
Construct and support automated processes through Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services to drive go-to-market operations.
Create and maintain Salesforce Model Context Protocol servers and artificial intelligence tooling to integrate the CRM into automated workflows.
Design and upkeep SQL-based data pipelines that supply analytics and revenue reporting across the organization.
Clarify unclear business requirements into defined technical scopes and execute the resulting solutions.

Requirements

Background in Salesforce administration with extensive knowledge of object models, Flows, data loading tools, and platform settings.
Proficiency in Apex development to construct, troubleshoot, and support custom logic, triggers, and integrations independently.
Working knowledge of SQL for handling complex queries, aggregations, joins, and data pipeline logic.
Understanding of end-to-end systems architecture, tracking data dependencies, and predicting system changes.
Interest in modern tooling, AI-native systems, and the intersection of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of dbt or alternative modern data transformation utilities.
Background using business intelligence platforms such as Sigma or Looker.
