Role Overview

The Systems Architect at ElevenLabs functions as both a Salesforce administrator and a backend developer, owning the GTM technology stack where artificial intelligence is a first-class citizen. This position suits an innovative technologist who enjoys building intelligent automations and ensuring the CRM functions as a living system that reflects real business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the Salesforce organization, covering the object model, data architecture, user configuration, and overall platform health.
Build and maintain end-to-end automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that drive GTM processes.
Develop and maintain Salesforce Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tooling to extend CRM functionality into AI-driven workflows.
Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that power dashboards and revenue reporting throughout the organization.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into clean technical scopes, guiding projects from stakeholder discussions to fully implemented solutions.

Requirements

Extensive Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across data loading tools, platform configurations, the object model, and Flows.
Strong Apex development skills capable of building, debugging, and maintaining custom triggers, logic, and integrations independently.
Solid SQL proficiency with the ability to handle complex joins, aggregations, pipeline logic, and ambiguous queries.
A robust systems mindset capable of tracing data fields through downstream dependencies and anticipating potential system changes.
High enthusiasm for modern tooling, building AI-native systems, and exploring the intersection of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tools.
Practical experience using business intelligence platforms such as Sigma or Looker.
