Role Overview

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead business growth across Sweden's largest enterprise organizations. In this position, the professional will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them transform customer experiences and internal workflows using cutting-edge conversational AI and voice agent platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a robust portfolio of strategic accounts within Sweden, centering primarily on the telecommunications and industrial sectors.
Identify new commercial opportunities where conversational artificial intelligence and voice agents can automate contact centers and drive operational efficiency.
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop compelling business cases for senior enterprise leaders.
Formulate and execute comprehensive account strategies to navigate complex procurement processes and organizational structures in Sweden.
Collaborate closely with customer success, forward-deployed engineers, and solutions engineering teams to guarantee seamless client onboarding and deployment.
Educate enterprise clients on emerging trends in generative artificial intelligence, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience within the technology or SaaS sectors, with familiarity in artificial intelligence, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
Proven track record of closing deals and navigating long, complex sales cycles involving business, legal, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
Established network within the Swedish telecommunications and industrials landscape, backed by strong executive presence at the C-suite and board level.
Experience selling technical solutions to engineering and product leaders, translating complex technology into concrete business value.
Deep familiarity with enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden.
Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish, alongside strong English communication skills for internal collaboration.
