Requirements

Seven or more years of professional software development experience.
Experience owning outcomes, directing technical strategies across multiple teams, and mentoring engineers.
Full-stack engineering capabilities in modern technology stacks, such as backend services with TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL, or equivalent experience in other environments.
Frontend experience with frameworks like React and Next.js, alongside database technologies including PostgreSQL and analytical data stores.
Practical background building artificial intelligence products, including large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, or embedding models.
Familiarity with multimodal embeddings, search methods, agent orchestration frameworks, model fine-tuning, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
