The gross monthly salary for this position ranges from €68,400.00 to €85,500.00 per year, with final compensation depending on expertise and contributions. Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave, 3 paid days off for volunteering or learning and development, extended maternity and paternity leave, and a personal learning and development budget of 500 EUR per year.
