Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the Paytm AI inference platform (Pi) to serve both internal teams and enterprise customers.
Run internal coding models alongside domain-specific models covering voice, vision, risk, and fintech workflows, as well as third-party models.
Architect and build platforms that allow autonomous AI agents to operate safely and reliably in production environments.
Develop the runtime, orchestration, and developer tooling necessary for agents to reason, plan, use tools, and execute complex multi-step workflows.
Automate both software development processes and business operations.
Work at the intersection of large language models, distributed systems, and production fintech infrastructure.
Define how inference and agentic artificial intelligence are built and deployed across payments, risk, fraud, collections, support, and developer experience.

Requirements

Professional experience working across inference and agentic systems in a collaborative team environment.
Background in handling large language models, distributed systems, and production financial technology infrastructure.
