PointClickCare is hiring a full-time Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement for their Mississauga, Ontario location. This leadership position delivers the human resources technology roadmap and guides the transition toward an AI-first, agent-enabled service delivery model.
Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, the individual in this role executes pillar strategies, redesigns human resources workflows and AI-human handoffs prior to the migration from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday, and operationalizes responsible artificial intelligence controls and data governance.
