Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the Chief Technology Officer to construct novel product features from scratch.
Advocate for exceptional user experiences by using user insights to steer design choices with the founding team.
Establish fundamental system architectures and choose critical technologies for the codebase.
Assist in launching the initial version of the platform and executing the technical and product roadmap.
Define engineering best practices, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture focused on technical excellence.

Requirements

Four or more years of professional experience as a backend-focused software engineer.
Demonstrated background in zero-to-one development, including building brand new products or systems from the ground up.
Strong commitment to delivering top-tier user experiences and maintaining outstanding communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
High comfort level navigating the pace and ambiguity inherent in early-stage startup settings.
Holds a degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with specific stack technologies such as Go, gRPC, Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, AWS, and Terraform.
Previous early-stage startup experience.
Background in developing applied artificial intelligence products.
