Key Responsibilities

Manage customer engagements from initial pilot stages through full production deployment to scale platform adoption.

Serve as an expert advisor on artificial intelligence strategy, embedding with major clients to guide their scaling efforts.
Plan and execute seamless technology migrations that minimize operational disruption.
Collaborate across departments with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate field insights into repeatable operational processes.

Requirements

Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Bring a minimum of three years of relevant working background in product, engineering, consulting, or as a founder.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to explain complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
Exhibit hands-on technical proficiency, including troubleshooting production code, analyzing database states, reviewing API traffic, and using browser developer tools.
Possess working knowledge of REST APIs, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and SQL for data analysis.

Nice to Have

Background working in an early-stage startup setting.
Practical experience writing production-grade code.
Familiarity with enterprise customers or complex technical sales processes.
Previous exposure to IT, security, service management, or workflow automation tools.
