Retell AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to join the team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time position suits ambitious builders who want to tackle complex technical challenges and shape the future of voice automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and construct essential user interface features, including analytics tools, prompt management systems, and dashboards.
Create responsive and intuitive interfaces utilizing React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Partner with backend and DevOps teams to guarantee systems remain scalable, seamless, and reliable.
Take charge of frontend initiatives from initial concept through launch, managing everything from architecture to coding and iteration.
Engage directly with customers to assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and translating user feedback into practical user experience enhancements.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience developing production-grade applications using React and TypeScript.
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
Exhibit a founder-like mentality by proactively resolving problems through thoughtful design.
Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments while learning new frameworks and tools on the fly.
