Retell AI is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to join the team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in B2B SaaS pricing, sales operations, or deal desk management who wants to shape enterprise deal structures.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee fast, profitable deal approvals from the initial quote stage through to cash collection.
Structure and approve non-standard agreements, including custom discounts, usage commitments, per-minute pricing models, and specific payment terms within hours rather than days.
Establish the discount approval matrix and pricing guardrails, while modeling deal margins prior to granting any approvals.
Manage the quote-to-cash lifecycle across CRM systems, CPQ tools, legal handoffs, and billing operations.
Provide weekly reports on deal cycle times, discount levels, and win rates, and implement automation for approvals where feasible.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of experience working in deal desk, pricing, or sales/revenue operations within a B2B SaaS organization.
Demonstrated experience owning an end-to-end enterprise process specifically for deals exceeding $300K.
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot alongside a CPQ tool.
Professional background at a venture-backed SaaS or AI enterprise, or a large tech and big SaaS company.

Nice to Have

Prior experience dealing with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
Demonstrated capability in building a deal desk function entirely from scratch.
Practical SQL or scripting skills to assist with reporting and workflow automation.
