Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Architect at PointClickCare is a full-time, remote position based in the United States within the Solutions and Applications department. This role suits an experienced professional with a strong background in coaching, mentoring, and driving complex Salesforce architecture within a healthcare technology environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI and Platform Architecture, the individual will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Product-to-Cash ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain, building deep team capabilities in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing.
Partner closely with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on architectural direction, solve complex technical challenges, and support evolving business needs.
Produce High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and conceptual diagrams to communicate architecture clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Manage architecture and system roadmaps while defining, maintaining, and enforcing platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Build Proof of Concepts to test architectures and validate design decisions prior to final delivery.
Own the end-to-end architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle, covering quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfillment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and customer support.
Apply an AI-first mindset to problem-solving, leveraging Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where they add value.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of overall Salesforce experience spanning implementation, configuration, and solution design.
At least 3 to 5 years of dedicated Salesforce architecture experience.
Deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ.
Proven experience producing High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and conceptual roadmaps.
Demonstrated success architecting end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions and managing billing systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Connected Apps and enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, or Qualtrics.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate.
