Key Responsibilities

Act as an architectural coach and mentor for solution designers and engineers across the Product-to-Cash domain.
Collaborate closely with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on direction and resolve complex technical challenges.
Create high-level designs, low-level designs, and conceptual diagrams to communicate architecture effectively.
Own the end-to-end architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, ordering, billing, and revenue recognition.
Build and evaluate proof of concepts to validate design decisions and test emerging Salesforce capabilities.
Identify and resolve technology and process gaps across the value chain, driving remediation approaches to completion.
Apply an AI-first mindset to problem-solving, leveraging Claude-based solutions and Agentforce.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of overall Salesforce experience spanning implementation, configuration, and solution design.
At least 3 to 5 years of focused Salesforce architecture experience.
Deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ, with proven coaching abilities.
Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash and billing platform solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and Salesforce security architecture principles.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect.
Familiarity with enterprise managed packages and connected apps like Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, or Qualtrics.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate.

Skills and Tools

Salesforce platform ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Integration design and governance across cross-system workflows.
Agentforce and Claude-based AI problem-solving tools.
High-level and low-level design diagramming.
