Role Overview

Doctronic in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide essential components of the core consumer product experience. This full-time, remote-friendly role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for building AI systems that transform healthcare for millions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the execution of the consumer product roadmap by transforming concepts into shipped features.
Prototype user flows to validate ideas and de-risk specifications prior to engineering commitments.
Utilize AI tools for rapidly drafting specifications, tickets, and documentation.
Scope and propose independent roadmaps for defined product areas with a data-backed prioritization strategy.
Define and monitor success metrics, execute and interpret A/B tests using Statsig, and conduct user research.
Coordinate launches across web, iOS, and Android platforms while acting as the bridge between engineering, design, AI, clinical, and marketing teams.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of consumer product management experience.
Demonstrated history of delivering consumer web and mobile features from inception to launch.
Strong data fluency for defining metrics, analyzing dashboards, and running experiments.
High technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers regarding tradeoffs and constraints.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, process incomplete information, and make rapid decisions.
Background in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments with an AI-native workflow.

Nice to Have

Background in healthcare or other regulated consumer sectors.
Tenure at an early-stage company taking ownership of a distinct roadmap area.
Experience launching conversational or AI-powered product experiences.
