Manage the deal desk by handling pricing approval routing, statement of work drafting, SLA templates, and redline tracking.
Handle security and diligence questionnaires end-to-end by coordinating responses across security, compliance, clinical, and engineering teams.
Coordinate procurement and legal follow-through for both sides and escalate stalled deals immediately.
Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and prepare monthly board pipeline packs while ensuring forecast accuracy.
Create comprehensive deal records detailing scope, pricing, and service commitments for implementation and customer success teams.
Automate repetitive tasks to establish scalable operational processes.

Requirements

Possess 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or business operations at a B2B company handling enterprise deals.
Demonstrate fluency in modern CRM configuration and management without relying on support tickets.
Bring direct experience managing complex enterprise procurement or running security and diligence questionnaire responses.
Display strong analytical capabilities, advanced spreadsheet proficiency, and SQL experience or a willingness to learn.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and clear writing abilities for critical documentation.
Thrive in a high-autonomy environment as the sole operations team member.
Reside in New York City or be willing to relocate for this hybrid position.

Nice to Have

Background in enterprise sales operations within healthcare or other regulated industries involving BAAs, DUAs, and security reviews.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tooling or CPQ systems.
Experience utilizing BI tools and generating reports from data warehouses.
Past success establishing a partner reporting function or deal desk from the ground up.
Exposure to post-sales or implementation to understand downstream deal requirements.
