Role Overview

This is an integrated full-stack position where engineers handle everything from patient workflows in Next.js to FastAPI endpoints, database models, and production deployment. Team members operate AI-natively, utilizing coding agents daily for coding, planning, testing, and debugging while retaining full ownership of product decisions and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Build patient experiences covering onboarding, AI consultations, prescriptions, health records, physician visits, and follow-up care.
Bridge AI consultations and clinical workflows to seamlessly transition patients from initial guidance to medical treatment.
Translate new clinical and AI capabilities into polished product features featuring proper safeguards.
Develop tools and integrations tailored for healthcare partners and clinical staff.
Enhance web and mobile performance, privacy, accessibility, and reliability.
Leverage AI agents for parallel investigations, fast-tracking code to production, and automating repetitive tasks.
Evaluate product usage and user feedback post-launch to continuously refine features.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience launching user-facing applications spanning frontend and backend systems.
Strong proficiency in at least one segment of the stack alongside the capability to navigate the rest.
Strong product sense paired with an eye for interface quality.
Ability to drive solutions to completion when initial project requirements remain partial.
Routine daily practice directing coding agents, including context supply, task splitting, and result verification.
Consistent habit of converting manual engineering tasks into automation, scripts, or reusable agent workflows.
Sound judgment regarding data privacy, security, maintainability, accessibility, and reliability.
Effective communication skills suited for collaborating with clinical, design, product, AI, and operations teams.
