Role Overview

Yoodli AI Roleplays is hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join the Analytics team in Seattle, WA. This hybrid position requires working from the Seattle headquarters three days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced developer who wants to shape foundational systems at a rapidly growing AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop dashboards, reporting features, and data visualizations that transform coaching signals into actionable insights for customers.
Build polished, responsive frontend user interfaces while engineering the aggregation, metrics, and query systems on the backend.
Own end-to-end features, translating product requirements into clean, reliable technical solutions.
Maintain high standards for code quality and API design while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

Requirements

Five or more years of professional development experience shipping production code.
Strong full-stack capabilities with a frontend lean, including API design and system architecture.
Proficiency in modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and backend frameworks.
Ability to debug complex distributed systems and connect technical work to business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area and able to work onsite three days a week.

Nice to Have

Experience working with charting and visualization libraries like Recharts or D3 to build performant, interactive data UIs.
Familiarity with data warehouse and analytics tooling such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and dbt.
Background in building applications utilizing LLMs, generative AI, and AI-powered tools.
Experience with Material UI, Next.js, and NoSQL databases.
