Role Overview

Level AI seeks a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the engineering team in Noida, India. Professionals in this position will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, crafting innovative tools for customer support operations. Working alongside seasoned technologists, the chosen candidate will contribute to high-impact projects that transform contact centers into strategic enterprise assets.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of end-to-end feature development and tools dedicated to Agent Assist workflows.
Construct responsive web interfaces tailored for real-time, customer-facing artificial intelligence solutions.
Transform design mockups and wireframes into clean, production-ready full-stack code.
Implement robust features utilizing React on the frontend alongside robust backend services like Django and NestJS.
Create reusable frontend components and shared UI libraries for organizational scalability.
Design and implement scalable application programming interfaces and seamless service integrations.
Connect with cloud infrastructure and event-driven pipelines to power real-time assistance capabilities.

Requirements

Hold a B.E, B.Tech, M.E, or M.Tech degree from a Tier-1 engineering institution, paired with relevant background at a top technology company.
Bring 3 to 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years focused specifically on web application development.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Possess a solid understanding of React and its surrounding ecosystem.
Show proven experience utilizing backend frameworks such as Django, Node.js, or NestJS.
Exhibit hands-on experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and caching systems like Redis.
Maintain a strong product sense and the ability to construct reliable, user-focused enterprise solutions.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with GraphQL.
Background using Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake.
Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time interactive features.
Familiarity with multi-tenant or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architectural models.
Prior involvement in building AI-enabled, agent-facing, or contact-center products.
