Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Hold a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech degree from a premier engineering institute.
Possess 3 to 6 years of professional backend engineering experience at a top technology company.
Bring a strong working knowledge of at least one higher-level programming language, preferably Python.
Demonstrate a solid grasp of foundational computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and databases.
Maintain a strong understanding of relational databases, data management principles, and REST API design.
Ability to work in the EST timezone (8 PM to 4 AM IST) for US customer coverage.

Nice to Have

Prior experience using the Django framework.
Familiarity with FastAPI, MongoDB, real-time backends, streaming systems, and LLM-backed search or RAG technologies.
Machine learning background with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
