Role Overview

In this position, professionals will implement Retell's voice agent platform directly for enterprise clients, moving implementations from initial concepts to production environments. Candidates will embed with client teams, design customized workflows, and feed real-world insights back into the core platform development.

Key Responsibilities

Guide complete project lifecycles using the company voice agent platform from initial prototyping through full production deployment.
Act as a primary subject matter expert regarding voice artificial intelligence implementations and large language model prompt optimization.
Construct robust full-stack integrations utilizing Python and JavaScript to connect with enterprise software tools such as customer relationship management systems and scheduling software.
Collaborate alongside the sales division to evaluate client requirements, develop functional prototypes, and present comprehensive system designs.
Define project scopes, troubleshoot development roadblocks, and provide concise stakeholder updates.
Transform recurring deployment patterns into reusable tools and platform components.
Convert direct field insights into constructive product recommendations.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of two years of professional experience operating in a client-facing technical position.
Demonstrate full fluency in Spanish alongside English to support regional enterprise clients effectively.
Remain open to occasional travel, including international trips, to facilitate customer engagements.
Possess strong abilities in articulating complex technical topics to varied technical and non-technical audiences.
