Role Overview

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will work directly with major enterprise clients to build, launch, and scale voice AI solutions. This position acts as a crucial bridge between customers and the engineering group, troubleshooting technical challenges, implementing production systems, and driving product improvements across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer projects from the initial requirements phase all the way to production deployment.
Architect and launch advanced voice artificial intelligence and large language model applications.
Create production systems and client integrations utilizing modern programming languages.
Collaborate closely with clients to define technical requirements and design effective solutions.
Conduct technical demonstrations and empower users to maximize the platform's capabilities.
Coordinate alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical hurdles.
Spot product gaps and collaborate with developers to enhance platform capabilities.
Establish and grow the company footprint throughout the APAC region.
Travel across APAC destinations as business needs require.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical position such as a Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Product Manager, or Support Engineer.
Possess exceptional communication talents with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrate strong software engineering capabilities, specifically in Python or JavaScript.
Bring hands-on background working with artificial intelligence, large language models, or advanced technical products.
Demonstrate comfort interacting directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where speed and high output are prioritized.
Maintain fluency in both Mandarin and English.
Remain open to regional travel across APAC as requested.
Reside in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Cash compensation ranging from $135,000 to $235,000 USD per year.
