Team members in this group drive initial technical pre-sales engagements, set up lab environments, and execute partner enablement programs. The role exists to bridge foundational technical strategies and partner-driven business opportunities, positioning candidates to advance into standalone sales engineering capacities over time. What you will do
- Provide responsive technical assistance to distributors, partners, and internal business groups through introductory discovery and architecture walkthroughs.
- Support live product demonstrations and Solution Demo Center environments in coordination with senior Sales Engineers.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot active sandbox or lab environments while building reusable technical assets and instructional documentation.
- Execute partner enablement initiatives by facilitating formal onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops.
- Collaborate with international colleagues across the global Solution Center to provide cross-regional support and map technical architectures to requirements.
What you need
- Demonstrate AI fluency by utilizing coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving.
- Possess a foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions within a functional domain.
- Bring up to two years of professional exposure in a technical capacity, including engineering internships, customer support, or systems administration.
- Maintain an essential grasp of core internetworking principles and protocols, specifically TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and secure tunneling technologies.
- Hold an undergraduate degree or a demonstrated equivalent track record of practical hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate availability and willingness to undertake occasional regional travel up to roughly ten percent of the time.

Is this position remote?
This is a remote role based in either Spain, Belgium, Poland, or UK&I. The position requires occasional regional travel up to roughly ten percent of the time.
What is the salary range for this role?
The base salary range for this full-time position across all Spain locations is €63.000 to €90.000 EUR. Individual pay placement is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including job-related skills, relevant experience, and education or training.
What kind of experience is required?
Candidates need up to two years of professional exposure within a technical capacity, such as engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or introductory infrastructure assignments. An undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalent practical experience is also required.
