Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve the global privacy program by turning legal mandates into scalable operational controls.
Coordinate compliance workflows across regulatory frameworks including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state laws, HIPAA, and biometric requirements.
Oversee privacy impact assessments for systems involving artificial intelligence, voice technologies, health information, and sensitive data.
Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and security teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into product development.
Maintain data inventories, records of processing activities, data flow documentation, and privacy governance records.
Administer consumer rights request processes, vendor privacy assessments, and third-party risk remediation workflows.
Maintain consent management platforms, tracking technology compliance, privacy metrics dashboards, policies, and internal training initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of six years of experience in privacy program management, privacy operations, data governance, or compliance within technology, SaaS, or artificial intelligence organizations.
Direct experience operationalizing privacy requirements under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA, and biometric frameworks.
Technical understanding of data flow diagrams, system architectures, and how to translate legal rules into engineering implementations.
Background in building or improving privacy review processes, privacy impact assessments, and control frameworks.
Hands-on experience administering consent management platforms and cookie compliance mechanisms.
Familiarity with security and privacy standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Nice to Have

Professional privacy certifications including CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT.

Skills and Tools

GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, and biometric privacy compliance frameworks
