About this role

Absorb LMS is seeking a remote Principal Product Manager to define the future of the Enterprise Customer Education segment from Canada. This high-impact individual contributor position blends strategy, creativity, and data to help enterprise clients train their customers at scale.

Role Overview

The Principal Product Manager shapes the direction of the enterprise customer education segment by uncovering new opportunities and guiding teams toward measurable outcomes. This role requires an individual who acts as a strategist, innovator, and storyteller to connect customer insights with emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Working in a fully remote environment across Canada, the successful candidate partners closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evangelize the segment strategy by understanding the customer education market and identifying areas for differentiation.
Uncover and size market opportunities using data, customer research, and business acumen.
Validate early product ideas quickly by partnering with design and engineering to prototype, test, and refine concepts.
Build alignment and conviction through clear, data-backed business cases presented to senior leaders.
Guide product teams during execution, clarify outcomes, and communicate progress toward key goals and metrics.
Provide dotted-line leadership, strategic guidance, and coaching to product managers across the segment.
Apply an artificial intelligence lens to explore how new technologies can improve learning effectiveness and scale enterprise education.
Act as a thought leader and internal advocate for customer education.

Requirements

Possess at least 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of shaping strategy and driving business outcomes.
Demonstrate the ability to translate insights into strategy by combining data, customer research, and business acumen.
Bring direct experience working in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments with comfort in rapid iteration and ambiguity.
Exhibit strong analytical and financial modeling skills to build data-backed business cases and forecasts.
Communicate with clarity and influence across executive presentations and cross-functional collaborations.
Show curiosity and fluency in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
