Role Overview

Operating in a remote capacity, this hands-on position coordinates public relations, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. The person in this role will ensure that stories involving vulnerable communities and individuals with disabilities are handled with care, consent, and equal partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the production of documentary case studies by traveling for onsite filming, working alongside external production and direction teams, and partnering with internal design teams to maintain brand standards.
Collaborate directly with case study subjects, particularly individuals with disabilities, ensuring built-in consent, accessibility accommodations, and editorial input at every stage of production.
Plan and execute conferences and live activations alongside the events team to deliver engaging in-person moments with a strong storytelling angle.
Support communications by coordinating public relations, managing press windows, and helping scale international stories as the program grows globally.
Partner with design teams to maintain high creative standards across all video, static collateral, blog content, and summit presentations.
Draft copy for social and blog content, managing multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events simultaneously.

Requirements

Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
Demonstrate proven practical experience working collaboratively with vulnerable communities and people living with a disability in high-pressure production environments.
Exhibit strong project management skills with cross-functional logistics capabilities, keen creative taste, and acute attention to detail.
Bring a creative or production background from an agency, marketing team, in-house brand group, or documentary content setting.
Show strong writing ability and visual taste to evaluate and polish on-brand assets.
Maintain comfort with traveling regularly for shoots and events.
