The Head of People - Strategic Operations role at Nearform involves leading the strategic People Operations agenda across multiple regions and time zones through an Operations Lead. Key Responsibilities
As a senior member of the People Leadership Team, the postholder contributes to the overall direction and strategy of the function. Responsibilities include owning the global People Operations operating model, driving continuous improvement through automation, workflow orchestration, and AI agents, and overseeing data, technology, and governance environments. The role also acts as the senior People partner to business areas like Sales, Solutions, Strategy, and Marketing while leading high-impact cross-functional projects.
Requirements
Candidates must bring significant experience leading global People Operations, managing the employee lifecycle, and handling multi-jurisdictional employment compliance, audits, and operational risk. Expertise in transforming People processes using AI tooling, automation, and integrated workflows is essential. Applicants should possess a strong commercial mindset, deep familiarity with workforce analytics and governance, and experience operating within consulting or professional services environments.
Nice to Have
Experience preparing organisations for investment, mergers and acquisitions, integration, audit, due diligence, or IPO is considered valuable for this position.

Salary and Benefits
Nearform offers an annual company bonus tied to profit sharing and corporate goals. The package includes a flexible working culture, remote working arrangements, 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, sick leave, and marriage leave. Additional provisions include a remote working allowance of up to €1250 (or GBP equivalent) every two years for workspace setup, essential equipment provided upon joining, private healthcare, up to 5% pension matching, Income Protection, and Death in Service.
