Role Overview

Fleek is hiring a General Manager to lead and scale the India supply engine into a multi-million dollar business by 2028. This on-the-ground leadership position is based in Delhi NCR and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, suiting an energetic builder ready to digitize the global secondhand fashion trade.

Key Responsibilities

Own the India P&L and scale the country's supply operations into a $30M+ business by 2028.
Deepen existing supplier relationships in key hubs like Panipat and Kandla to grow inventory value over time.
Broaden the supply network by expanding into other high-potential Indian markets to reach over 1,000 quality suppliers.
Transform Indian suppliers into an active social engine by supporting video handpicks, chat-based selling, and seller education.
Protect the buyer experience by maintaining strict quality controls, managing vetted sellers, and optimizing fulfillment and cancellation rates.
Launch and scale a distinct new liquidation business line focused on factory leftover stock with brand licensing.
Build and expand the local India organization, growing existing teams across QC, operations, and account management.
Drive an AI-native operational model by automating repeatable tasks in supply, quality control, and seller management.

Requirements

Bring 7 to 10+ years of relevant professional experience, residing in Delhi NCR for this on-the-ground role.
Demonstrate a proven track record in market launches, building teams from scratch, and expanding into new geographic areas.
Possess strong commercial and P&L ownership expertise, having previously managed revenue or margin targets.
Maintain an AI-native working style by personally running automations and encouraging teams to do the same.
Show deep operational experience across physical warehousing, quality control, and logistics at scale.
Exhibit high cross-functional versatility to transition smoothly between sales, operations, and customer experience.

Nice to Have

Direct experience within the used-clothing or liquidation industry.
Familiarity with textile recycling and surplus clusters in Panipat, Kandla, and other regions.
Prior background as a founder or core founding-team member.
Exposure to live, video, or chat-driven commerce models.
