Full-Stack Engineer - Creative Studio
About this role
ElevenLabs is expanding its Creative and Studio platforms to empower creators and marketers with speech, music, image, and video generation tools across 70+ languages. Engineers joining this product group will develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components for features such as Image/Video, Flows, Agentic Creation, Audiobooks, and Music/Studio, integrating core AI audio and generative models into seamless workflows.
Team members operate in lean, autonomous units focused on rapid experimentation and high ownership without rigid job titles or heavy bureaucracy. The ideal candidate brings a strong product engineering mindset, taking charge of everything from initial proof-of-concept builds to scaled API and UI delivery for millions of users.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components for Creative and Studio products.
- Own product roadmaps and execute experiments across enterprise ventures in the Creative Platform and GenAI domains.
- Partner with Engineering, Growth, and Sales colleagues to design solutions for key customer workflows.
- Build end-to-end API and core engineering workflows for enterprise customers, occasionally touching ML outputs for image and video models.
- Scope and build brand new proof-of-concept products that can be scaled into new markets.
- Refine existing products to ensure they remain intuitive and integrate recent research breakthroughs.
- Scale and strengthen internal infrastructure to keep systems live, performant, and secure.
- Process massive-scale datasets to support the development of future generative AI models.
What you need
- Demonstrate the ability to solve hard problems using artifacts like past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
- Possess hands-on expertise in Python development.
- Bring practical experience with web development using TypeScript and React.
- Apply familiarity with common software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, and storage solutions.
- Design APIs, ensure platform reliability, and build software products at scale.
