Role Overview

The Full-Stack Engineer position involves designing, developing, and supporting both front-end and back-end components across the ElevenLabs product suite. This role is well-suited for autonomous developers who thrive in high-velocity environments and want to deliver scalable software used by millions of global users.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain core products and platforms leveraging state-of-the-art voice models.
Own end-to-end features across both the client and server sides, guiding the product direction from conception to release.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to solve complex customer and internal workflow challenges.
Scope and develop new proof-of-concept products, occasionally partnering directly with customers to test and scale emerging market opportunities.
Refine existing software to ensure intuitive user experiences, incorporate research breakthroughs, and integrate with standard enterprise or consumer tools.
Maintain and scale internal infrastructure to keep applications reliable, secure, and performant.
Collect, manage, and process massive datasets to support the next wave of generative AI research.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in Python programming.
Hands-on web development experience utilizing TypeScript and React.
Familiarity with standard software design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, data structures, and storage solutions.
Strong problem-solving abilities demonstrated through tangible artifacts such as past projects, architectural designs, or open-source GitHub contributions.

Nice to Have

Practical background in test design.
Awareness of software and infrastructure security principles.
