About this role
Developing and maintaining features like Image and Video, Flows, Agentic Creation, Audiobooks, and Music and Studio forms the core of daily operations for the Creative and Studio product teams. Engineers also mentor less experienced frontend-leaning teammates while shaping the standard for AI interfaces across multiple platforms. ElevenLabs operates within a high-velocity, autonomous environment where individual talent and measurable impact supersede strict job titles and bureaucratic hierarchies.
What you will do
- Build and maintain products and platforms utilizing audio models for millions of users.
- Define the UX and UI workflows and development roadmap for generative AI and creative tools.
- Ship end-to-end features across the entire stack with a high degree of ownership.
- Partner with engineering, growth, and sales groups to solve customer and internal workflow challenges.
- Scope and build brand new proof-of-concept products alongside partner customers.
- Iterate on designs using user feedback to ensure intuitive and powerful web experiences.
- Maintain internal infrastructure to keep applications performant, secure, and live at scale.
What you need
- Demonstrate frontend engineering experience with a strong eye for design and proficiency in Next.js and React.
- Showcase past web development work using TypeScript and React.
- Provide a portfolio featuring web projects and compelling digital experiences.
- Understand common software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, and data structures.
- Bring familiarity with design libraries such as Shadcn, Framer Motion, or D3.

- Experience building media or creative products serving enterprise customers
