Role Overview

Working directly with company founders, this position focuses on high-priority challenges and opportunities across product, engineering, GTM, operations, and AI systems. Team members operate from first principles to design and ship core company infrastructure that scales the business. The role sits at the intersection of applied AI, full-stack engineering, and startup operations, offering a broad scope for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

Build HR and recruiting AI systems to extract structured resume signals, develop lead scoring models, design recruiter screening workflows, and automate outbound candidate engagement.
Automate security and compliance workflows, including customer security document processing, compliance response generation, and internal tooling for enterprise readiness.
Develop operational infrastructure tools such as accounts receivable automation, enterprise customer onboarding setups, and internal efficiency systems.
Execute third-party integrations and platform work by connecting CRM platforms, building workflow automations, and designing LLM-powered systems using major AI models.
Drive GTM engineering and growth automation by building sales and marketing automations, customer lifecycle systems, targeted website personalization, and outbound pipelines.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Bring at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
Possess 1+ year of startup experience with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast iteration.
Exhibit strong backend, full-stack, or systems software engineering skills.
Demonstrate hands-on experience building production-grade LLMs or AI agents.
Operate with high ownership, a founder mindset, and a preference for building broad systems over narrowly defined tasks.
