Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, the professional will work closely with enterprise clients to translate AI search and growth goals into actionable delivery plans. This position bridges the gap between clients and internal teams, driving repeatable results while shaping the company's delivery motion.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with enterprise clients to define goals, create delivery plans, and achieve measurable results in AI search visibility and growth.
Configure, adapt, and scale AirOps playbooks across multiple accounts and verticals to build repeatable delivery patterns.
Collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to align customer needs with platform capabilities.
Track performance data, spot trends and risks, and present actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Channel valuable field feedback back into the product and delivery teams to enhance the platform and shape future playbooks.

Requirements

Four to seven years of professional experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solutions, Customer Success, or a related function at a high-growth startup.
Proven track record of working directly with enterprise clients to convert business objectives into execution plans and tangible results.
Hands-on background utilizing AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation platforms to scale repeatable workflows.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data, recognize patterns, and formulate strategic recommendations.
Exceptional project management and communication talents to keep cross-functional teams and clients synchronized across complex workstreams.
Demonstrated high ownership, sound judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of AI search, GEO/AEO strategy, and brand discovery across LLMs and answer engines.
Familiarity analyzing data from Google Search Console and GA4.
Background working in an early or growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
Experience transforming client feedback into product suggestions, internal docs, or enablement materials.
