Role Overview

ElevenLabs seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join the team in Europe. The role focuses on helping clients maximize the value of the voice artificial intelligence platform by scaling technical solutions for enterprise organizations, partnering with sales teams, and refining internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical phases of the sales cycle.
Engage directly with technical contacts from prospective and current clients to deliver custom support and architect solutions.
Build technical demonstrations that illustrate the value of the platform.
Develop enablement resources to improve the technical fluency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Construct self-service documentation and tools that enable customers to implement integrations independently.
Spot opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to build them.

Requirements

Strong technical background capable of helping clients architect integrations between company solutions and existing systems.
Proficiency in Python, covering software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
Experience working with customers, which can include student clubs or side projects paired with a strong interest in technical customer support.
Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to tailor messaging for various audiences.
Strong empathy for customer, product, and sales teams.
Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
