Role Overview

ElevenLabs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join its remote team in Colombia. The successful candidate will unlock the full potential of the voice AI platform for enterprise users by scaling technical solutions, partnering with sales teams, and building robust customer integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical components of the sales cycle.
Engage directly with technical contacts from prospective and current clients to design tailored architectural solutions.
Design and present compelling technical demonstrations showcasing product value.
Develop technical enablement materials to boost the technical fluency and effectiveness of the sales group.
Construct self-service documentation and tools that enable clients to deploy solutions independently.
Spot recurring integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to turn them into standardized features.

Requirements

Possess a strong technical background to help clients architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing platforms.
Demonstrate experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including student clubs or side projects.
Show proficiency in Python, alongside a solid understanding of software development, architecture, and standard integration patterns.
Display excellent communication skills capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
Demonstrate fluency in English and Portuguese, accompanied by a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
