Role Overview

ElevenLabs seeks an Enterprise Product Manager to lead the product experience for businesses utilizing ElevenCreative, which allows creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across more than 70 languages. The individual will take charge of enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption by managing governance features, admin controls, and scaling products like the Ads Engine for large organizations such as brands, agencies, studios, and media companies.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative through product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and customer levers.
Scope and define major enterprise initiatives from initial discovery through launch and user adoption.
Develop administrative and governance layers including role-based permissions, access visibility, usage controls, spend monitoring, and multi-team reporting.
Collaborate with engineering to design and deliver enterprise products like the Ads Engine, scaling complex workflows beyond individual accounts.
Partner with the sales team to address deal blockers and feature requests, prioritizing needs to close gaps in the product.
Engage directly with customers to evaluate how enterprise teams acquire and deploy creative tooling, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.
Establish success metrics for enterprise features while monitoring retention, expansion, and adoption rates.
Collaborate alongside engineering, design, sales, and growth teams to execute projects efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, featuring recent work in B2B or enterprise product roles.
Demonstrated history of owning and driving revenue, growth, or adoption metrics across multiple levers.
Background in delivering enterprise capabilities such as permissions, admin functions, billing, or security for large customer accounts.
Familiarity with the operational workflows of media, marketing, and creative teams.
Experience managing large, ambiguous projects from conception to completion.
Direct collaboration with customers and sales teams to convert feedback into a prioritized product roadmap.
Design-minded approach featuring high standards for product quality and capability to create conceptual mockups and workflows.
Technical background sufficient to discuss architecture, integrations, and engineering tradeoffs.
Strong product judgment, a bias for fast iteration, and curiosity regarding AI and creative tools.
