ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join its remote team in Sweden. This remote-first position suits a professional with a strong technical and commercial background who wants to shape the future of enterprise artificial intelligence.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist, the candidate collaborates within a driven group of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market specialists, and Product Engineers. The mission focuses on deploying the enterprise AI platform, ElevenAgents, to resolve complex customer challenges. Daily tasks include uniting disconnected ideas into coherent strategies, identifying critical user workflows, and maximizing technological impact.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with strategic clients to grasp their artificial intelligence transformation goals and pinpoint operational pain points.
Manage flagship agreements end-to-end, ranging from use case identification to commercial structuring and closing.
Act as a trusted partner by embedding directly inside key accounts and owning delivery outcomes.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring high-impact use cases to life.
Guide organizations on optimal product deployment practices, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
Explore potential applications across new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
Present proposals and results to diverse audiences, from technical staff to C-suite executives.
Feed field insights back to research groups to influence platform development and model roads.
Build and deliver engaging demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader audio technology.
Partner daily with client engineering and executive teams to ensure successful production deployment and measurable business results.

Requirements

Three or more years of customer-facing experience in a technical capacity, preferably with direct enterprise organizations.
Background in product development, delivery, and change management.
Commercial instinct for commercial deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.
Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and communicating with engineering teams.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
Demonstrated history of taking ownership over ambiguous projects and delivering results.
Adaptability across various corporate environments and technical use cases.
Technical familiarity with large language models, modern tooling, and AI agent frameworks.
Ability to map enterprise workflows creatively to artificial intelligence systems.
Fluency in both English and Swedish, paired with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
