About this role
ElevenLabs needs a Deployment Strategist Lead to unlock a brand-new market and establish a dedicated regional team from the ground up. Operating like a co-founder alongside an experienced sales leader, this person will take charge of guiding the company's voice and audio AI technology into the most complex operational workflows of strategic customers. The role exists to bridge the gap between advanced foundation models and enterprise reality, driving market adoption and shaping future software iterations through direct field insights.
Working within a high-velocity, lean environment, the successful candidate will hire forward-deployed engineers, architect bespoke integrations, and personally manage end-to-end execution for major partners. Someone who thrives in a zero-to-one startup setting, balances technical aptitude with commercial strategy, and enjoys communicating directly with C-suite executives will excel in this capacity.
What you will do
- Meet directly with strategic customers to uncover critical audio needs and locate major operational pain points.
- Build, lead, and develop a regional team of forward-deployed engineers.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and architect bespoke integrations that fit seamlessly into customer workflows.
- Present technical results and future proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Partner with research and product groups to feed valuable field insights back into core software and AI models.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major strategic partners.
What you need
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Basic proficiency in Python and an understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Technical aptitude to quickly comprehend voice and audio AI models and their practical applications.
- Strong strategic and commercial awareness connecting technical strategy with business objectives and revenue impact.
