Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist Lead at ElevenLabs, you will take total ownership of opening up a new market and driving zero-to-one growth within the organization. Working alongside an experienced sales leader, you will target the most critical customer problems using voice and audio artificial intelligence. This senior role requires hiring your own team, securing initial wins, and ensuring measurable impact for major partners.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with strategic customers to identify critical audio and voice AI needs and pinpoint major operational pain points.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of forward-deployed engineers within the region.
Discover relevant use cases through deep customer engagement and collaborate with engineers to implement custom voice and audio AI solutions.
Design and architect bespoke integrations to fit ElevenLabs technology seamlessly into customer workflows.
Guide clients on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Present project results and future proposals to diverse audiences, ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Collaborate with Research and Product teams to channel real-world field insights back into software products and models.
Build and deliver engaging technical demos for new and existing clients.
Scope out potential applications across new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
Manage end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners with a hands-on approach.
Partner daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal technical implementation.

Requirements

Proven background in engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams in a collaborative culture.
Basic proficiency in Python along with a solid understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to simplify complex technical concepts logically.
Strong technical aptitude to quickly grasp voice and audio AI models and their practical applications.
Strategic and commercial awareness to align technical strategies with business goals, deal structures, and go-to-market motions.
Fluency in English paired with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in partner ecosystem development, including identifying and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
