Role Overview

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join the team in Argentina. In this role, the professional will work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market professionals, and Product Engineers to solve complex customer challenges using the ElevenAgents platform. The position suits professionals with technical customer backgrounds who can bridge the gap between user requirements and artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with strategic clients to identify AI transformation objectives, operational friction, and workflow pain points.
Manage flagship deals from initial use case identification through commercial structuring and closing.
Act as a trusted advisor embedded within client accounts, owning delivery outcomes directly.
Partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement high-impact use cases derived from customer engagements.
Advise clients on production readiness, agent orchestration, and platform deployment best practices.
Explore potential applications across new industries and global sectors.
Deliver proposals and project outcomes to technical staff and C-suite executives.
Share field feedback with Research teams to influence product and model roadmaps.
Create and present demonstrations of artificial intelligence technology to new and existing accounts.
Partner daily with client engineering and executive teams to ensure successful production deployment.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of technical customer-facing experience, with direct enterprise background preferred.
Background in product development, project delivery, and change management.
Commercial awareness regarding enterprise sales cycles and value propositions.
Basic proficiency in Python and API integration capabilities for prototyping and demonstrations.
Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
History of taking ownership of ambiguous projects and achieving results.
Adaptability across various client environments and industries.
Technical familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
Ability to map enterprise workflows to artificial intelligence systems.
Fluency in English and Spanish with understanding of regional nuances.
