AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist in London to serve as the primary technical point of contact and AI advisor for enterprise clients. This full-time engineering role suits a hands-on professional with at least five years of relevant background who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer implementations from initial pilot stages through to full production release, ensuring strong platform adoption.
Design and construct intelligent AI agents on the company platform to deliver measurable value for users.
Consult closely with clients to direct and shape their broader artificial intelligence scaling strategies.
Plan and execute smooth migration strategies that prevent disruption and guarantee successful onboarding.
Collaborate across departments including engineering, sales, and marketing to transform field observations into repeatable strategies.

Requirements

Hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
Bring a minimum of five years of work history in product management, software engineering, consulting, or as a founder.
Possess exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to explain difficult technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrate practical technical competence in troubleshooting live code, analyzing application data pathways, and evaluating API calls.
Maintain working familiarity with REST APIs, Identity and Access Management, and SQL for querying and analysis.

Nice to Have

Prior work history within a fast-growing, early-stage startup setting.
Practical experience writing production-grade code.
Background supporting enterprise accounts or navigating intricate technical sales procedures.
Familiarity with enterprise information technology, cybersecurity, service management, or automated workflows.
