AI is seeking a full-time Deployment Strategist to join the engineering team in San Francisco. This role suits professionals with a background in engineering, product, or consulting who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to drive enterprise AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer engagements from initial pilot stages through to full production rollout, designing solutions that fit unique business workflows.
Create and configure AI agents directly on the platform to deliver measurable value for users.
Serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, helping organizations scale their usage effectively.
Design and execute smooth system migrations that minimize operational disruption.
Collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate field feedback into core product improvements.

Requirements

Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Bring a minimum of three years of relevant work history in roles such as engineering, product management, consulting, or founding a company.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholder discussions.
Exhibit hands-on technical capabilities, including troubleshooting production code, analyzing database states, reading API requests and responses, and utilizing infrastructure and browser development tools.
Possess working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, REST APIs, and identity and access management (IAM).

Nice to Have

Prior experience working within an early-stage startup setting.
Experience writing production-grade code.
Background dealing with enterprise-level clients or navigating intricate technical sales cycles.
Familiarity with workflow automation, IT, security, or service management.
