Key Responsibilities

Partner alongside customer engineering teams to co-architect and build production-ready AI agents.
Drive technical wins during pre-sales by designing proofs of concept, addressing technical inquiries, and leading evaluations.
Assist organizations in deploying and managing agent-based solutions, including multi-step workflows, research agents, and conversational applications.
Provide post-sale guidance regarding architecture, best practices, and strategic roadmap decisions.
Facilitate technical demonstrations, educational workshops, and training sessions for developer communities.
Translate field insights into reusable patterns, example code, and cookbooks to benefit a wider audience.
Contribute code upstream when necessary to enhance customer success.

Requirements

Bring three or more years of experience in a related technical capacity, such as software engineering, solutions engineering, or product engineering, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment.
Possess solid foundations in JavaScript, Python, and overall systems architecture.
Demonstrated experience designing LLM-powered or agent-based applications that go beyond basic API calls, incorporating orchestration and failure management.
Proven ability to engage directly with clients during architecture reviews, technical evaluations, and proofs of concept.
Capable of communicating technical tradeoffs effectively and establishing credibility with developer audiences.
Accountable for end-to-end outcomes rather than simple advisory recommendations.
Possess a strong bias for action and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Enthusiasm for operating artificial intelligence agents in live production settings.

Nice to Have

Prior experience deploying AI agents to production, specifically utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable tools.
Background working with LLM guardrails, evaluation metrics, or observability tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, alongside containerization and fundamental Kubernetes principles.
Experience shipping and managing production software under practical constraints.
