Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with customer engineering teams to co-design and co-build production-ready AI agents.
Drive the technical success of pre-sales cycles by creating proofs of concept, addressing complex technical inquiries, and leading evaluations.
Assist clients in running and deploying agent-based architectures, including multi-step workflows, research agents, and conversational tools.
Provide strategic post-sale guidance regarding architecture choices, best practices, and product roadmap decisions.
Facilitate technical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and developer trainings.
Distill field insights into reusable code examples, design patterns, and cookbooks for broader community and customer use.
Commit upstream code changes when necessary to enhance client implementation outcomes.

Requirements

Three or more years of relevant technical experience within software engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or founding product engineering, preferably inside a scale-up or startup environment.
Solid foundational knowledge of systems, Python, and JavaScript.
Demonstrated background in creating LLM-powered applications or agent-based systems that extend beyond basic API integration, incorporating orchestration, failure management, and multi-step workflows.
Ability to lead customer interactions smoothly during architecture reviews, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept phases.
Strong capacity to articulate technical tradeoffs clearly and establish credibility with developer audiences.
Personal accountability for tangible outcomes alongside a proactive, action-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

Practical background deploying AI agents into production environments utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable tools.
Familiarity with LLM guardrails, evaluation metrics, and observability platforms.
Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, alongside containers and foundational Kubernetes concepts.
History of shipping and maintaining production software under standard real-world constraints.
