Role Overview

Individuals in this role guide organizations from initial concepts to scaled production deployments using the LangChain product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customer engineering teams to co-design and build production-ready artificial intelligence agents.
Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept designs during pre-sales phases.
Assist clients in launching and running agent-based applications, including multi-step workflows and conversational tools.
Deliver post-sale guidance regarding system architecture, optimization, and strategic best practices.
Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and live demonstrations for developer groups.
Translate real-world field insights into reusable code patterns and cookbooks for future customer use.

Requirements

Three or more years of background in a technical capacity such as software engineering, solutions engineering, or product engineering, ideally within a startup environment.
Solid proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and core systems fundamentals.
Experience designing LLM-powered applications that involve orchestration, multi-step workflows, and failure management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively and build rapport with developer audiences.
Comfortable engaging directly with clients throughout architecture reviews and evaluations.
Driven attitude with a focus on ownership and practical problem-solving.

Nice to Have

Prior experience deploying artificial intelligence agents into production environments using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Familiarity with LLM guardrails, observability tools, and evaluation methods.
Background utilizing cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, alongside containers and Kubernetes.
History of shipping and maintaining production software systems.
