Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to design and build production-ready artificial intelligence agents.
Lead technical pre-sales efforts by creating proofs of concept, answering complex technical questions, and steering evaluations.
Assist organizations in deploying and maintaining agent applications, including multi-step workflows, research agents, and conversational tools.
Deliver post-sale advisory guidance covering architecture, roadmap decisions, and implementation best practices.
Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for developer audiences.
Gather insights from the field to create reusable code examples, cookbooks, and architectural patterns.
Provide occasional upstream code contributions to improve outcomes for client implementations.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in technical functions like software engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or founding product engineering, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Solid foundational knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and core systems principles.
Demonstrated experience designing LLM-powered or agent-based applications that go beyond basic API calls, incorporating orchestration, failure management, and multi-step workflows.
Confidence engaging directly with clients through technical reviews, proofs of concept, and evaluations.
Ability to articulate technical compromises clearly and establish credibility with software developers.
High ownership of project outcomes paired with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

Practical experience deploying AI agents to production, specifically leveraging frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable tools.
Familiarity with LLM guardrails, observability, and evaluation practices.
Practical background working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, alongside containers and foundational Kubernetes knowledge.
Experience launching and running production software under real-world operational limits.
