Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with customer engineering teams to co-architect and co-build production-grade artificial intelligence agents.
Drive the technical win during pre-sales by designing proofs of concept, answering complex technical inquiries, and guiding evaluations.
Assist organizations in deploying and running agent-driven applications like multi-step workflows, conversational systems, and research tools.
Deliver post-sale advisory support focusing on architecture, strategic roadmap choices, and operational best practices.
Facilitate technical training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for software developer audiences.
Capture field insights to build reusable design patterns, cookbooks, and sample code that benefit a wide user base.
Write upstream code periodically when it directly enhances the success of the customer.
Travel up to 40 percent of the time to client locations for deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical advisory.

Requirements

Bring at least three years of professional background in a technical capacity such as software engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or founding product engineering, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
Possess robust fundamentals in JavaScript, Python, and general systems engineering.
Demonstrate hands-on experience designing large language model applications or intelligent agents that go beyond basic API requests, including orchestration, multi-step workflows, and error management.
Feel comfortable interacting directly with clients during architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and technical assessments.
Communicate technical trade-offs transparently and build credibility with developer peers.
Own end-to-end results rather than just offering suggestions, maintaining a strong bias toward action.

Nice to Have

Previous history of launching production-level artificial intelligence agents utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with guardrails, observability, or evaluation tools for large language models.
Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, alongside containers and foundational Kubernetes principles.
Experience shipping and managing production software applications within real-world constraints.
