Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with customer engineering groups to co-design and co-build production-grade artificial intelligence agents.
Lead technical evaluations, design proofs of concept, and address complex technical inquiries during pre-sales phases.
Assist organizations in operating and deploying complex agent-based applications, multi-step workflows, research agents, and conversational tools.
Deliver post-sale guidance regarding architecture choices, best practices, and strategic roadmap planning.
Lead technical training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for developer audiences.
Collect insights from the field to develop reusable patterns, code examples, and cookbooks that benefit a wide user base.
Contribute upstream code adjustments when necessary to optimize results for clients.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or founding and product engineering, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment.
Solid understanding of systems fundamentals alongside strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
Proven background in designing large language model-powered or agent-based applications that go beyond basic API requests, featuring orchestration, failure handling, and multi-step workflows.
Confidence in communicating technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and proofs of concept directly with clients.
Ability to articulate technical trade-offs clearly while establishing trust with software developers.
Personal accountability for project outcomes alongside recommendations.
Proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action and problem-solving.

Nice to Have

Practical experience deploying artificial intelligence agents into live production environments utilizing tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
Familiarity with guardrails, observability, and evaluation practices for large language models.
Practical knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, GCP, and AWS, alongside container technologies and foundational Kubernetes principles.
History of shipping and maintaining production-level software systems under real-world operational constraints.
