Role Overview

In this capacity, the professional will work closely with enterprise clients to design, launch, and refine production-grade artificial intelligence infrastructure and agent architectures. The job bridges software development, platform engineering, and client-facing communication. Responsibilities include building scalable deployments and constructing well-tested agent applications to address complex business challenges. Team members help shape industry standards while operating in a collaborative engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platforms, covering compute, storage, networking, security, enterprise integration, and multi-region disaster recovery strategies.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Helm alongside GitOps practices and continuous integration pipelines.
Build multi-agent architectures utilizing modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph while establishing thorough evaluation frameworks.
Optimize prompts through rigorous A/B testing and guide overall system operations.
Conduct technical maturity assessments and work directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and present strategic recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally with Engagement Managers, Product teams, and Engineering groups.

Requirements

Bring at least 7 years of hands-on experience in technical, client-facing positions such as Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Deployed Architect, or possess an equivalent background as a former founder.
Minimum of 3 years working with production cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Extensive Kubernetes background covering cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone setups.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform and Helm.
Understanding of database systems, high-availability setups, disaster recovery, networking, security, and observability stacks.
At least 1 year of experience creating production artificial intelligence or machine learning applications and agents.
Proficiency in LLM frameworks, vector stores, RAG patterns, prompt optimization, and state management.
Fluent coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
Proven history of client-facing engagement and conducting technical infrastructure assessments.
